Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected and carrier transit times. Once an order has been shipped, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Metroplex Dermatology & Aesthetics is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Metroplex Dermatology & Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
